Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Email us at service@bluvap.com as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation.

After 24 Hours (Before Shipping): If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a 15% charge will be applied to cover our order processing costs.

After Shipping: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you need to return your order after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return Policy.

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Exchange & Return Window: You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.

Initiating an Exchange & Return: Please contact us at service@bluvap.com to begin the process.

Exchange: If an exchange is requested, once the returned item has been received and verified to meet our Exchange & Return Conditions, we will promptly ship the requested size or style.

Exchange & Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in sellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
  • Returns must be shipped via Standard Shipping, and the tracking number must be provided via email.

Refund Policy

If a refund is requested, the items must be returned. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet our Exchange & Return Conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
